Sneek Peek of new release at Pixie Dust Studios
This card combines 2 of the new images from this fabulous release which Pixie Dust Studios is due to release tomorrow. I have used the Princess carriage and I have just the little window out from the image and placed the Cinderella inage behind it. The papers are all by DCWV and I have cut the flowers with my retro punches.
I will be back tomorrow with another couple of cards from this fab release and also details of the new monthly challenge over at Squiggle Stamps - remember this is the last day to enter this months challenge.

A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge 97 - Shaped cards
Hi there, Tuesday morning and time for another challenge at A Spoon Full of Sugar it is my turn to set the challenge and I have asked for shaped cards - no square cards allowed. You can read all about the challenge, the prize up for grabs this week and also see the gorgeous shaped creations from the DT Here.
I have used one of the super-cute images that is due to be released on 1st April by Pixie Dust Studio this release is called Princess Parade and I can assure you that this is one not to miss. I have cut the card with a nestability and I am sorry, but I have not taken a note of the name of the pad of papers that I have used here (I am in Spain on holiday at the moment, so can´t look).
It was also my turn to nominate a Guest designer this week and I was delighted when Kathy Fronczak, the super-talented lady who draws all the Pixie Dust Studios images, agreed to being my Guest Designer choice. You can check out Kathy´s card Here.
I will be back later in the week to tell you all about the next monthly challenge over at Squiggle stamps and also with some more images from the Pixie Dust release.
Hugs from sunny Spain.

Dare U 2 Digi Stamp - challenge 34 - Easter
Once again we have a great challenge for you at Dare U 2 Digi Stamp and this time around we are looking for all those Easter creations. The only thing that we would ask is that you make sure that you use a digi image somewhere on your card or project.
We have some gorgeous samples from the DT for you to feast your eyes on Here and these will hopefully give you some inspiration.
The papers that I have used for my card are all by doodlebug as are the flower stickers. The image is from Digital Delights and I have done the sentiment on the computer.
I am also entering this card at Everybody Art Challenge where the theme is Easter.
This will be my last Easter card for this year as I am heading off on holiday tomorrow for a week. I have scheduled a few posts while I am away and hopefully I will get some internet access to keep up with what you are all up to.
Have a lovely Easter.

Pixie Dust Studios - Pixie Challenge #15
Where is the week going - can't believe it is Thursday already. I am heading off on holiday at the weekend for a week and have a hundred and one things that need done before I get away - I guess that there will not be too much sleep in the next 48 hours!!
It is time for another challenge over at Pixie Dust Studio Pixie Challenge and this week our theme is "Mum's the Word" so any type of card or project to give to your mum is what we are looking for.
I have used one half of the Some Bunny Loves You image which you can get Here and the papers are all by Kaisercraft. I cut the flowers with a selection of punches from some scraps of these gorgeous papers - I really don't have many of these left now and really can't remember where I even got them from. I have used this week's Inspirational card Sketches fab sketch.
Have fun with the challenge and I will be back over the next week with some sneek peeks of the new images from Pixie Dust Studios which will be released on 1st April.

This really gorgeous digi image is Spring Harriet which is just perfect for Easter and Spring cards and she is available Here. I am now off to have something to eat and put my feet up for a bit.

Copics Colour Challenge #57
Here we are, Wednesday again and time for another Copics Colour Challlenge and here are the colours for this week. As always, if you don't have the exact colours use the nearest that you have and as long as they are copics that is fine by us.
We have a great sponsor this week and some really fab cards from the DT which you can see Here
The papers that I have used are Elines Babies from Marianne Designs and they are just yummy - I also have the pink version of these and they are equally gorgeous. The flower is by prima and the Thank You tag from a QVC set that I have had for ages. The sketch that I have followed is the current one at Truly Scrumptious and the little image is from Digistamp boutique.
I hope that you have fun with these colours.

A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge 96 - Bookmark this
Over at A Spoon Full of Sugar this week our own Sonja has challenge us to make a bookmark. We are sponsored this week by Lili of the Valley and you can read all about the gorgeous stamp that they are offering this week's challenge winner Here and perhaps also get a little bit of inspiration from the creations from the DT.
I have wanted to make one of these bookmarks for ages, but just never quite got round to it, so this was a great challenge for me this week. All the papers are by Imaginsce Lucy Bird collection and the Ketto image is one that my dear friend Tracy from Squiggle stamps gave me - thanks Tracy - bet you thought I had forgotten about these - and here is the second one is as many days.
This little bookmark was so easy to make and I think it looks fab - I hope you agree.

New card with ICS sketch
I had a major panic last night as I suddenly remembered that I had promised to do a card for one of my work colleagues for her daughter's birthday tomorrow. Her daughter is into ballet and she had asked for something dance related and pink!!
I had been playing around with a couple of Ketto images last week when getting a couple of DT projects done and already had coloured in this little cutie. I also still had the new papermania papers still on my desk from a card that I had done at the end of last week and have used this fab sketch from Inspirational Card Sketches this week.
I can't believe it is Monday already and I have a really busy week in front of me. I am away up North wit work tomorrow for a couple of days, at College on Thursday and then finish work on Friday for a week's holiday when we are off to Spain.
Have a great week and I will be back with my Spoon Full of Sugar card tomorrow.

Picked for You
I have been so busy with DT work in the past few weeks that I really have not had the time to enter any challenges just for the fun of it, but last night I managed to get a little time to have a play with one of the new digi images from Squiggle stamps and also found time to have a play around with the sketch below from Dawn at Inspirational Card Sketches. I was on the first DT that Dawn had when she launched this really popular challenge blog and she never lets us down with her brilliant sketches which are always just that little bit stretching.
This cute digi image is from the Fenella and friends range and is called "Picked for You" and is available Here as a digi image. I love to work with Digi stamps as you can size them to the perfect size that you need for your cards and projects, this is especially great if you are planning to use nestabilities. The papers that I have used are from the new Papermania Rose Garden pad as is the die-cut sentiment.
Thanks for looking.

Pixie Dust Studios release and challenge card
Yippee - the day has arrived for the launch of the new "In the Meadow" collection from Pixie Dust Studios and what a fabulous collection this one is as you can see below.
The DT have all been carrying sneek peeks over the past few days and it is well worth a visit to their blogs to see the gorgeous creations that they have made with these images - you can get the links to the Pixie's blogs on my sidebar on the right.
We also have a new challenge up and running at Pixie Dust Studio Pixie Challenge today and this time around we are looking for 3's on your cards - 3 flowers, 3 brads, 3 pieces DP etc.
For my card I have used Miss Peep and Fluffy and the DP is by Papermania. To meet the challenge this week I have used 3 different Designer papers, 3 flowers, 3 brads, 3 leaves and 3 little half pearls. I have followed the current sketch at Friday Sketchers. I am also entering this one at Totally Gorjuss where they are looking for Sweet cards and I cetainly think that this image is really sweet.
I do hope you that you all like these little images as much as I do and I hope you can play along with us in our challenge this week.

Pixie Dust Studio -In the Meadow Sneek Peek
Well it is miserable, rainy Saturday morning here, but I have something to hopefully brighten your day. This is another sneek peek from the new collection of stamps that is due to be released over at Pixie Dust Studio on 18th March. This one is called "Love Sparkles!!" and is inspired by Twilight. Now, I am not a Twilight enthusiast - in fact I don't know anything about it (shock, horror!!) and I may not even have got the hair colour correct, but I do love this little image and hope you all do too. The sketch that I followed for this card is the one at Sweet Sketch Wednesday this week.
I will be back with some more peeks from this gorgeous collection over the next few days leading up to the launch and I hope you all have a lovely weekend - especially all you mums out there on Mothering Sunday.

Dare U 2 Digi Stamp - challenge 33 - no patterned paper
Our new challenge for you today is to create something with a digi stamp as usual but this time around we are challenging you to use no patterned paper at all.
This really was a challenge for me as patterned paper is my passion, but I have to admit that I really am pleased with how clean and simple this card looks. The image is one that I found from a link on Kerry's blog and if you have never checked out her work you are in for a real treat. This little cutie's name is Newton and he would also be perfect for a little girl card. The little brad is one that I have had in my stash for ever and I think that I bought a box of these when on holiday in Florida about 3 years ago. I am also going to enter this card at Cute Card Thursday where they are looking for celebration cards.
Please do pop on over to the blog Hereto see the gorgeous cards that the rest of the DT have made this week and have a wonderful weekend.

Good morning and here we go with another fabulous challenge from Pixie Dust Studio Pixie Challenge and this week we would like to see your creations that include flower(s)and Button(s) - how right up my street is this!
I have chosen to use this soo cute image from the soon to be released "In the Meadow" collection from Pixie Dust Studio. I will have some more preview cards to show over the next week and you can check out the rest of the DT (on my sidebar on the right) to see some gorgeous creations from them with these new images.

Nutty Nutshells Challenge #11 using Copics Colour Challenge ~55 colours
I have been away with work for a couple of days this week so have taken the opportunity to combine two challenges in one card today. This cheerful Easter card features one of the fabulous new spring digi images from Nutcrafters and this one is called Easter Buddy Bear. The papers that I have used are all from last year's Imaginisce Easter pack.
My first challenge with this card is the new one at Nutty Nutshells Wednesday where we have the following fabulous sketch from Maria at Stampin Inspirations to follow and you can check out the prize on offer this fortnight and also view the gorgeous cards from the rest of the DT Here.
My second challenge is this week's challenge at Copics Colour Challenge where we have the following colours for you to use this week.
These colours are not astricky as they first look. Think shadows and stuff. Remember, if you don't have these exact Copic colours, you can just use something near. Also remember that you can add whatever colours you want to this combo, just like our DT did Here.
So, 2 fabulous challenges with 2 brilliant prizes this week for you to have a go at and remember, just like I have done, you could combine the two with one card!
Have fun.
