KLM Designs - Breast Cancer Awareness Month Digi Stamp

As you are probably all aware, October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month and over at KLM Digital Designs the lovely Kathryn has released this beautiful image which her super talented mum has created especially for this wonderful cause. All proceeds from the sale of this digi stamp will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation - what a great cause.

Here is my card made using this fabulous image, coloured with copics and the DP is by K&Co, flowers by Prima.



I think all of us know someone who has been affected by this terrible disease, my good school friend Claire died from breast cancer some 4 years ago, aged 44 and left behind a wonderful husband and two lovely girls aged 4 and 11 months, I think of her all the time and these beautiful girls (I have tears in my eyes just writing this!!)

KLM Designs DT role

I have just realised that what with the wedding and all the other things that have been going on in my life lately that I have not shared the exciting news that Kathryn from KLM Designs had been in touch with me while we were on holiday in Spain to ask if I would consider joining her design team from the 1st October. I am delighted to say that I have accepted this role and am looking forward to working with the rest of the super-talented team.

If you have not already seen the wonderful digi-images that KLM have you can check them out Here. There is usually a new release on the 1st of every month and the Thanksgiving set was just launched at the beginning of October.

Here is my first card and I have used this fabulous Halloween image and sentiment. The DP is a combination of Bo Bunny and Doodlebug. The bats were cut from a sheet of Bo Bunny paper.
